Rent The Art Room Cincinnati for a Private Event

You can rent The Art Room Cincinnati for 2 hours. This includes set-up & clean-up. Please leave the space how you found it. There are 3 types of event rentals, please pick the one that fits you & your guests.

• Adult Only Event: $100. Up to 8 adults. $50 equipment fee if your guests will use with the craft machines, including the ipad, cricuts, hot presses, sewing machines & the serger. Your party will have access to everything in the Makerspace area along with 2 other activities/crafts that are not out for public use. BYOD. Please keep drinks away from supplies, materials & equipment. No food allowed.

• All Ages Event: $150. Up to 10 people (there must be at least 2 adults): Your party will have access to everything in the Makerspace area EXCLUDING CRAFT MACHINES along with some extra materials that are not typically out & 1 other activity/craft that is not out for public use. If you or your party guests know how to sew, I can keep the sewing machines out as your additional activity. *Children must be experienced with sewing, as well as be monitored at all times if using a sewing machine. No food or alcoholic drinks allowed. If you bring non-alcoholic drinks, please keep them away from the supplies and materials. No food allowed.

• Children's Party: $150. Up to 8 children plus chaperones. Includes a DIY craft that will be set-up and ready for each child as they arrive. The children will have access to all The Art Room Makerspace materials, EXCLUDING CRAFT MACHINES. No food or drinks allowed.

Before your event you must meet me at The Art Room Cincinnati during a Makerspace to see The Art Room, have your questions answered, sign a waiver & pay the rental fee. If you do not meet with me first, you cannot rent the space.
